How to Request a Movie or Show

If a movie or TV show is not available to watch, you can request it and it will be added automatically within a few hours.


Step 1 — Open the Request Portal

Open your browser and go to:

https://request.ahanabipin.in

Or tap the Overseerr bookmark on your phone's home screen if it has been set up for you.

Login details: - Username: [YOUR USERNAME] — ask Bipin if you don't have one - Password: [YOUR PASSWORD]


Step 2 — Search for What You Want

  1. Tap the search bar at the top
  2. Type the name of the movie or TV show
  3. Results appear as you type — tap the correct one

Step 3 — Request It

  1. Tap the movie or show poster
  2. Tap the Request button (orange button)
  3. For TV shows, select which seasons you want
  4. Optionally add a note — for example:
  5. "Hindi dubbed please"
  6. "Need this for family night on Saturday"
  7. Tap Submit Request

You will see a confirmation that your request has been submitted.


Step 4 — Wait for Notification

Once the movie or show is downloaded and ready to watch, you will receive a notification. This usually takes:

  • Movies: 1–4 hours depending on file size
  • TV shows: 1–6 hours per season

If it has not appeared after 24 hours, contact Bipin.


Watching After It Is Ready

Once notified, open Jellyfin on your TV or phone and the new content will appear in the library automatically. See How to Watch for instructions.


Tips

  • You can check the status of your request at any time by going back to request.ahanabipin.inRequests tab
  • If a movie shows as Unavailable, it may not be available on any source yet — try requesting again in a few weeks
  • Please be patient with requests — Bipin reviews and approves them as soon as possible
